Through the practices of yoga, we discover that concern for the happiness and well being of others, must be an essential part of our own quest for happiness and well being.  If we are happy and content we spread the love without hesitation or even consciousness.  Physical and mental well-being are so fundamentally linked that a good nights sleep or a good workout will reflect light onto the world around us.
Too much you time
and not enough ‘me time’.  Most of us are so wrapped up in the fast pace of work and life that it is easy to neglect what it most important.   Once acknowledged, you can concentrate on enjoying the permission to indulge in the few minutes of relief we all know we really want.
Being a teacher can be one of the most stressful jobs but also one of the most rewarding.  The standing you have as a role model in your children’s eyes is predominantly powered by your mood and authority.  Juggling fun. knowledge and authority is exhausting!
